Cats and dogs are welcome. Maximum of 2 pets per apartment, each up to 100 lb. One-time pet fee: $300 for one pet, $350 for two. Monthly pet rent: $50 for one pet, $75 for two. Pet deposit: $700. Breed restrictions apply; service animals allowed; all pets must be housebroken, no breeding.
